პროექტი უმნიშვნელოვანესია კომპანიისთვის ვინაიდან შენობა დიდი ისტორიის მატარებელია. ის 1941 წელს დაარსდა, როგორც პიონერთა და მოსწავლეთა რესპუბლიკური სასახლე.

დღეს, ეროვნული სასახლე ახალგაზრდებისათვის მნიშვნელოვანი კულტურულ-საგანმანათლებლო ცენტრია. სასახლეში ტრადიციულად, 5000-მდე ახალგაზრდა სხვადასხვა ფორმით, სკოლისგარეშე და დამატებით განათლებას იღებს.

შეხვედრის ფარგლებში, ასევე მენტორინგის პროგრამის დახურვის ღონისძიება შედგა. მენტორინგის პროგრამის ფარგლებში, ასოციაციის წევრი კომპანიების წარმომადგენლები, როგორც მენტორები, აქტიურად ეხმარებოდნენ რეგიონებში არსებულ სამშენებლო მასალების მწარმოებელ კომპანიებს სხვადასხვა ტიპის რეკომენდაციების გაცემითა თუ ტექნოლოგიური და სხვა ტიპის განვითარების მიმართულებით. მენტორებს წარმატებული საქმიანობისათვის სერტიფიკატები გადაეცათ.

#RSMEDP პროექტი მიზნად ისახავს საქართველოს რეგიონებში დასაქმებისა და შემოსავლების გაზრდას, შვეიცარიის თანამშრომლობის, 2022-2025 წლების სამხრეთ კავკასიის რეგიონის პროგრამის შესაბამისად.

აღნიშნული პროექტის ფარგლებში, პირველი მნიშვნელოვანი შეხვედრა შედგა პროექტში ჩართულ მენტორებსა და მწარმოებელ კომპანიებს შორის.

ამ უმნიშვნელოვანეს პროცესში, სელფორდიც ჩართულია. კომპანიის დირექტორის, ნიკა ვადაჭკორიას თქმით, სელფორდის, როგორც დამკვეთი კომპანიისთვის, პროგრამა გაამარტივებს კომუნიკაციას მწარმოებლებთან.
